The correct nozzle selection can make the construction smooth and simple, and it is also a maintenance of the equipment, which increases the service life of the equipment. Before selecting the nozzle, we need to know the nozzle first. Three numbers of the nozzle, the first number is wide, and the last two numbers are flow. After understanding the meaning of the nozzle model, we can choose the nozzle according to the equipment.
Two aspects should be considered when selecting nozzles: width and diameter (flow) of spray. Generally, when spraying low viscosity materials (such as colorants and varnishes), please choose small-diameter nozzles. When spraying high viscosity materials (such as oil-based cleaning coatings), a larger nozzle diameter is required.

The flow determines the marking speed during construction. When the marking thickness (0.8-1.2mm) is constant, the larger the flow, the faster the marking speed will be. Otherwise, if the marking line is too thin, the bottom will be exposed.
