Pressurize the inhaled paint, deliver the paint to the spray gun of the spraying machine through the high-pressure hose, and release the paint to the surface of the coated object after instantaneous atomization by the spray gun. The main working part of the spraying machine is the double acting pneumatic hydraulic booster pump, and the reversing mechanism is a special form of pilot full pneumatic control air distribution reversing device. After entering the compressed air, when the piston moves to the upper or lower end of the cylinder, the upper pilot valve or the lower pilot valve will act to control the air flow and instantly push the reversing device of the air distribution, so that the piston of the pneumatic motor can make a stable and continuous reciprocating motion. Because the piston is rigidly connected with the plunger in the coating plunger pump, and the area of the piston is larger than that of the plunger. This pressurizes the inhaled paint. The pressurized coating is delivered to the airless spray gun through the high-pressure hose, and finally the hydraulic pressure is released at the airless nozzle. After instantaneous atomization, it is sprayed onto the surface of the coating to form a coating layer.
